I am running Windows 10 and cannot find or discover other networks nor can those computers discover me. The other systems are running windows 7, but I am not sure if that matters because we have other systems that are connected and discoverable with Win-10. Please help.

I have already checked to insure that peer networking services and homegroup services are on.

I have checked and made sure I am set to discoverable and network sharing is on.

Go to Start > Windows Administrative Tools > Windows Firewall with Advanced Security. Check the Inbound and Outbound rule sets to make sure Network Discovery is Enabled.
