network help

I am hooking up a lan network I have the patch panel set up in 568b. My problem is on the computer I want to hook up the cat5 without a jack and I am not sure. what should the wire order be in. Should it be in patch cord order or the regular jack order which is white blue blue white white orange orange white white green green white white brown brown white?

Unless something is very odd, you should use a plain patch cable.

thank you I appreciate your response. I wasn't clear enough with my question which I apologize for. In trying to save some money I am trying to go from patch panel straight to the ethernet card instead of purchasing jacks at the computer side of the cat5 and I wasn't sure of the color code for terminating the RJ45 plug.
