My PC won't connect to any network. Initially, it was saying that I needed to plug an ethernet cable in (when there was already an ethernet cable plugged in). I assumed that there was an issue with the cable, went a purchased another one, and received the same error. Then, suddenly it stopped allowing me to type my pin it. It was trying to get me to reset my pin but required an internet connection which I didn't have because I was unable to connect to it. My OS is Windows 10.

Who is your internet provider?
Are there other computer and devices connected to your network?

The NIC card (ethernet port is on this) may be bad.
You can buy a USB to ethernet adapter and plug the wire into that.
The other option is to buy a NIC card and use that in place of the card/port that might be broken.

Once connected, you might want to change your login from a MS account to a local account. That way you can still use the computer if you have no internet connection.
