Hey, I am trying to make a network login.
This is between two XP computers, wirelessly and they are in range within 4-5 metres with a brick wall and a wooden wall blocking them.

I want it to be like a network login, where there are users with profiles they can access from each computer.
    I don't want servers, etc.

(An example of this is UK schools, medium-large buisnesses like a hospital)

Most likely you already have a wireless network hub. In that case on each computer:
    1) Make sure they're connecting to the same workgroup (start->control pane->system->Computer name)
    2) Check you have "file and print sharing" for the wireless adaptor.
    Microsoft have some tips http://www.microsoft.com/athome/organization/wirelesssetup.aspx
