I bought a D-link and it came with Network Magic. I have 2 wireless laptops and one tower in the family. One of the laptops is used to play an online game (3years now). Ever since I installed Network Magic it has experienced rendering issues (shutting game down errors). Well, Network magic also does pop ups to try and get me to upgrade to something I don't need...yadda yadda yadda.....so I uninstalled it on the laptop. That and 2 drivers belonging to NM in the add/remove list. Well now my laptop can't get to internet for a certificate reason. Cannot verify certificate. Wth is that?

Get rid of Network Magic! It's nothing but trouble IMO.

i would have to agree with you on the network magic. It is a pita and doesn't seem to do anything special.

It's "supposed" to make it easier to configure the network. However, I've seen many threads here where it created problems instead of solved them. Since it's not that difficult to get the network working without Network Magic, I choose to do it that way. :)
