Network Neighborhood and run command missing

    Hello there everyone! I have a problem. I had a message from someone before about how to retieve the networkneighborhood and run command by altering the registry. I had accidently deleted the message and I was wondering if anyone could please let me know again so I could save it this time. I feel knda dumb.
