network neighborhood

Hi
I do not have the Network Neighborhood icon on my computer. I need this because I am currently networking my pcs. Is there anywhere I can get this or if it can be sent to me @ [email protected].
Please help.

It will appear when the appropriate drivers are loaded to enable the machines to use a network connection.
