Not sure if this is the correct forum, but:

Our office has a network printer that no one else is having a problem with. However, starting today, one user has to actually go to the printer and hit the "Go" button manually to get her stuff to print. It will hold up all of the other jobs also until she does this. Could she have accidently changed a setting on her pc which may have caused this? She has Windows 98 and the printer is an HP Laserjet 2100.

Is this a direct IP print to the printer or is this a shared printer thorugh someone else?

Alot of times I see this symptom when they pick a non standard tray in their print menu. This will make it so the job will sit on the printer and the printer will ask to either insert paper or to use another tray instead. The easiest way is look at all the printer properties of your PC and mirror them on hers
