I have 2 pcs..one is 98, other is xp. they are networked, and the 98 has the printer (HP 630c). when i try to add a network printer on xp, it tells me that the other pc has the wrong driver installed, and it won't let me install it. i tried reinstalling..downloaded latest driver..didn't work. i'm 100% it has the right driver because it's off the official cd. how can i fix this? thanx.

I've had some luck installing oddball printers by installing the print driver and specifying a local printer, then changing the port to the network share for the printer. You might try that...
