Networking Windows 7 peer to peer

    doing some trouble shooting, this seems MUCH more complicated in Windows 7 than it was in Windows XP,
    All I want to do is share a folder on my Windows 7 computer to give access to that folder from another Windows 7 computer.
    I think I've shared the folder correctly, shared to "everyone" with read and write control, but when I try to click on it thru Windows Explorer, from a different computer, it prompts me for a username and password,

    Input the username and password of the owning account or else turn off password protected sharing (in Network and Sharing Center click on Change advanced sharing settings).
