Networking XP/2000

Hi,
is anybody know how to setup XP and 2000. I an new at networking, so excuse my few questions:
1. can you setup network using TCP/IP or I need to install NETBUOI
2. How to setup network between XP and 2000 (can you recomend any article at knowledgebase?)
3. How to share modem and Internet access.
Sorry again, for many questions.
Any help would be greatly appreciate.
