An application session on a remote host is addressed by its Host IP Address or Mac Address, Port Number? This is for TCP/IP> 7 layer OSI

An application uses IP address and port, not MAC.
But in the TCP/IP> 7 layer OSI, there is both Application Layer and Session layer, so you confirm the answer to my question "An application session on a remote host is addressed by its Host IP Address and Port Number" is it?

You need to read up more on what the OSI model is and how it works. If you're focusing on one particular layer, it means all the below layers are in play. So if you have an operation working at layer 3, this means layer 2 and layer 1 is automatically in play. TCP operates at layer 4 which is below layer 5 that is the session layer. So your association of session and TCP directly is not correct. The session layer depends on layers 4 through 1 being in play.
