New Account Print Problem

I am able to print documents with my cannon iP3500 without any problem. I recently created a second account for a family member and in that new account I cannot print. I get the message “The active directory domain service is currently unavailable". What do I have to do to get things moving? I am running Window7 -64 and Office 2007 and can still print in my administrater account.
