I have one user account that I cannot get to work with my printer. The printer works with all other accounts both Adm. and limited. HP has not been able to solve the problem and I would like as a last resort to open a new account for this user. How can I move all of their files and settings to a new account or is this possible?

I copied all the files to the new account as per the link to MS that you sent. Is there a way to transfer Outlook Express and favorites to the new account? How about bookmarks in Firefox?

You can make a backup of all of the email and settings in both Outlook Express and Thunderbird to another media like CD-R's, DVD or thumb drive and then import to the proper areas on the new account in the proper places. There should be some info in the help on both programs that will give you the proper instructions on how to accomplish this task.
