My brand new Acer Chromebook 311 won’t connect to my Wi-Fi, even though all the other computers in my house can. I can’t even get past the set up page to get on. The password I use is correct, but whenever I try and connect a message in the bottom right corner reads: “Network connection error. Failed to connect to network: Unknown network error. Please help!!
