new aol virus...please hepl

    I'm an idiot and have fallen into the new OMG Look Here aol virus. I've looked at other conversations with people who have had the same problem. I have downloaded the HojackThis program and scanned my compuster and have the report but I don't know what to do after that. Please help me!!
