then your solution is an old fashioned one, it's called savings. the older generation has used that solution for years, and it works. you will have to wait a bit for your toy.

AMD Ryzen CPUs are well worth the money. You can build a decent PC for less than you think. I was in the same situation as the OP. At first I built a Celeron G540 PC on a budget to get by while buying parts on a monthly basis for a better build.
That was in 2012 and I built an i5-3570 PC. I still have it but I had to replace the motherboard. It was a Gigabyte B75 and I replaced it with the Asrock H61 DGS. It is my backup PC. Few months ago I built a Ryzen 5 2600 PC. This CPU is really something and it is fast. Well worth the money.
AMD has come a long way and the Ryzen CPUs got some balls.
