New employee protocols

Hi I've just started a new job as the head IT guy for a non profit company. They tasked me with creating a policy for new employees. Basically, how to create a company email and the rules for computer usage. Anything that has something to do with IT, that a new employee needs to know. Is there any template out there that can point me in the right direction. I only have a couple days to get this done

It might be that different countries allow greater or lesser restrictions on employers monitoring usage etc. In which country is the business based?
