Two folders have recently appeared in my C:\Windows directory and I am unsure what they relate to:

1. UPGDLLS - contains WIN95UPG.DLL & WIN95UPGNT.DLL.
2. UPGINFS - contains MIGDB.ADD

Seem to relate to upgrading from Win 95 but I'm running ME on a new PC. Were these created when I copied Office 95 files into my Office 2000 app and then saved them in the new format?

If so do I still need them cluttering up my Windows directory?

I like to keep things clean and tidy or at least know what all those little yellow folders are doing on my PC - yeah, I know, there are a lot of unanswered questions in my life!
