New gaming PC, horrible internet connection

I just completed my first PC build. Everything is working great except for the wifi connection. It’s a real bummer because after all this hard work I can barely use my new setup. My router is not far from my room but the wifi comes up a lot weaker on my PC while all other devices in the house have a strong connection. Is there an easy fix or do I have to buy some kind of wifi extension? I’d appreciate some tips thank you.

Is there any way to run some Ethernet cable and plug your PC directly into the router?

To be fair the antennas were facing the wall opposite to the router however now that I switched it to the right direction the ugly side of my PC is on display while I have strong connection, I’ll just have to play around with the placement at least it’s working! Thank you.
