New ISP and not receiving e-mails

I have recently changed internet providers, all is good, but a couple of my friends are sending emails that don't come through. They are getting this message when they try to send an email to me "delivery has failed to this recipient, the server is not responding. Even if they respond to my emails, the same thing happens. They have a gmail account. I sent my self an email from MY mostly unused gmail account and it came through fine. Any ideas?

Using your user name as the title of your thread will not garner any responses, especially when it is in the wrong forum. I will change the title and move it to the Web & Email forum.
