I just got this Kensington keyboard from Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823155004

The layout is fantastic, but the only top row numbers that work are 5 and 6. Shift-number doesn't work either. This is a pretty big problem for me.

I tried unplugging and re-plugging, used both USB and the serial adapter. Nothing has worked yet.

    Win7 x64
    AMD quad core
    yadayada nothing else important.

Thanks for any help you folks can give

If it's a brand new keyboard and only the 5 and 6 keys are working, Send it back and request a replacement (or your money back).
