I was over someones house last week helping them out with their problem. They have DSL with a wireless linksys router (don't know the exact model) and they've been having problems with it when connecting with a new Dell laptop. The new laptop has internal WiFi. Her older one doesn't have internal WiFi but has a card and that works fine. I tried changing channels and enabling WEP. This worked for a couple hours and then she said it happened again. I'm not sure what would be causing this. Any ideas?
