New laptop

    I have a new laptop running windows 10 and I have a blue circle flickering next to the cursor,could anyone tell me how to get rid of this or why it's happening please

    In Task manager do you see a process called wsappx appear and disappear in sync with the blinking of the circle?

    Hi I found wsappx but it wasn't appearing and disappearing in sync with circle,that wsappx has disappeared now though

    Normally if you are seeing the at startup, then Windows is still loading.
    But some other programs that just may be scanning your system may display this also.
