The Lenovo IdeaPad 305 laptop comes in AMD and Intel models and comes with Windows 8.1 64-bit.
Did you just recently upgrade it to Windows 10 64-bit?

If the store where you bought it upgraded it to Windows 10, I would take it back to have the problem fixed or have it replaced.
If you upgraded it yourself to Windows 10 after you brought it home, were the USB ports and webcam working okay with Windows 8.1?

A Windows 10 upgrade doesn't always go smoothly.
You're not the first person here who has a computer with devices and/or programs that no longer work.

What's the complete model number of yours?
There should be a dash and additional characters after 305 that comprises the complete model number.

You're being vague and not answering all of my questions.

You say it was upgraded on the day of purchase, but you don't say if the Windows 10 upgrade was done by the store or if the Windows 10 upgrade was done by you.

Please answer the last question in my last reply.

Also advise which country you bought that laptop in.

I'm trying to find the support site for that laptop, but I need more information.

Are you going to answer my last question in post #4?
I still don't know the complete model number of your laptop, so I'm not able yet to find its support site.
Were the USB ports and webcam okay before you made the upgrade to Windows 10?
If they were working okay before the upgrade but not after the upgrade, the store probably has no responsibility for the problem.

Here is the support site for the Lenovo IdeaPad 305-15IBY laptop.
If you click the "Software & Drivers" link and then select "Windows 10 (64-bit)" for the operating system, it'll bring up the list of devices for that laptop.
You can filter and shorten the list by selecting the specific component(device) you need a driver for.
There is a camera driver listed, but there is no USB/firewire/IEEE1394 driver listed.
You haven't answered this question in post #8, so it's unknown if there was a hardware issue with that laptop before the upgrade to Windows 10 was made.
