new mobo?

okim getting a new moboi currently have a compaq presario7360, 500mhz,amd k6-2 w/3dnow, 256 mb centon 133/100mhz memory,standard cd rom,sony cd-rw,generic floppy, pc tel modom, network adapter, what should i buy? i want something i can plug everything else into with out problems. does a motherboard come with a processer or do i need to upgrade that along with the mobo. the sy-kt400 dragon platnium sounds nice and loaded,is it? but im a little confused if it comes with a processer and if not what kind should i buy to go with it and can my other hardware work with it?

the Shuttle AK32A Motherboard will let you use all your old stuff and it will let you upgrade to DDR memory later on(it has 2 sdram slots & two DDR slots- it's either or when used-not both.

You can get this mobo with an Atlon XP 1800 at Tigerdirect.com for $129.00

Since your graphics are integrated you'll need a new video card too.

I recommend the abit siluro mx440 64mb ddr @65.00 at googlegear.com. they also have less expensive video cards if you don't wat to spend too much.
