Hello, I recently upgraded my 2 systems with 2 new athlon xp 2800+'s and found out later both motherboards have bulging capacitors.

I am looking for 2 new socket a motherboards. Can you recommend any?
I have been looking at the MSI K7N2 Delta2 Platinum nForce2 Skt A 8xAGP +GB LAN +SATA RAID +6 chan. audio +USB2 +Firewire ATX not sure if its any good?
I recently bought a cheaper msi board the kt4a-v for my brothers system its stable but lacks stuff in the bios like if the cpu hits too high a temperature to shut the system down not sure if it's because it was a cheap board?

The two site I have been looking at are microdirect.co.uk and dabs uk.

I don’t want to spend too much but I do want a decent motherboard.

Thankyou

Abit is ok. So Are Gigabite, MSI, DFI, you just have to make sure you don't buy the bottom end of the line from any manufacturer. If you want to know the reviews on any given product try to google it with the word review ;)

Hi, Yes I have been looking at each of the motherboards reviews but I thought I would look at forums like EXTREME Overclocking Forums to see how other like them each board the MSI one and Abit one people had problems with which makes it more difficult to pick one. I have been told to buy expensive motherboards not ones thats are 20 to 30 quid

thankyou
