New Outlook Problems

I've tried all of those suggestions, including a new profile, and completely uninstalled/reinstalled Office 365. Outlook working exactly the same. Sends and receives OK, but previous sent messages are not displayed.

I started your own thread for you here. You are not likely to get any more help on somebody else's thread, especially one that has been inactive for about 6 weeks.

Are you looking in the Sent Items folder?
Is your setting set to save sent items?
See File, Options, Mail

Do you see any sent emails (like ones from the new Office Outlook profile)? Or do you just not see ones sent from an email program prior to setting up your new Office Outlook profile?
