Solved New pc or can I update current pc??

That appears to be a Windows Vista era HP Compaq dc7800 Convertible Mini Tower.
You can forget about upgrading its hardware for gaming.
Spend your money on a PC that has newer and faster hardware.

While it would [probably] be possible, it would NOT be advised. Reason being that hp, dell, whatever is proprietary; that is your case is made to hp specs and NOT industry standard specs. Standoffs generally do not line up, pci slots do not line up, front case leads would probably need to be spliced in order to work, etc, etc, etc.
In short if you want to use performance parts, get a performance case.
