So, this was my first time making a gaming computer and when i got it all up and running ... It would freeze than crash. I asked around and someone told me that my power supple (750w) wasnt going to cut it since my graphics card takes that alone. So i went and spent roughly 250 on a 1300w. When i got it in it would than freeze than crash at 10 minutes. So 250 in the wholeu i went to a local pc repair to see what was up since i didnt wanna shoot in the dark anymore. They told me my processor wasnt beening cooled fast enough and told me to get a cooler master hyper212. (after charging me 100 dollars ) now it will freeze after roughly a hour.

I need help...

Hi and welcome to TSG.

Can you provide a full list of the components you are using, with links if at all possible.

Are you overclocking anything?

What operating system are you using (Win7, 8, 10 etc) and is it 32 or 64 bit?

Thanks.

The 3rd point is only the CPU cooler, not the CPU itself.

What make and model RAM and how much (8gb, 16gb etc)?

What is the make and model of the power supply, saying its 1300w isn't enough information really.

What operating system are you using?

Can you download and install Speccy (its free). Once done, go through the File menu of the software and select the option to publish snapshot / report online, follow any prompts and when done copy / paste the weblink it provides into a reply here.
