    Dear experts,

I have Airtel broadband which is giving hispeed data technology in my area via vdsl router. The default device provided is of Binatone dt910 which gives very poor range.

I am have been researching on best routers in the market and after a lot of time spent, I concluded that the best option of Router that can solve my issue of range coverage, signal strength, speed and flexibility for custom settings is the ASUS RT AC88U .

    Issue:
This Router is a WAN based routers.

I don't know if it supports vdsl technology.

If it is possible to connect a vdsl modem to this router via WAN output and input.

    My main question is:
Will and How do I Connect this router to the vdsl based technology internet ?

Connect the WAN port via ethernet cable to a proper modem or modem/router. Broadband routers such as this don't care what kind (cable, DSL, satellite, etc.) of broadband ISP they are connected to.
