I installed Ubuntu 20.4 couple of days ago and I try to learn this OS

I also installed a screensaver from this link

https://askubuntu.com/questions/292995/configure-screensaver-in-ubuntu

The screensaver works fine but when I reboot I always get this message"
"The Xscreensaver daemon doesn't seem to be running on display "0". Launch it now?
I click ok and all is fine until I reboot. When I type in the terminal the command: xscreensaver -nosplash it says xscreensaver already running.

My desktop PC has no other OS installed, 6GB RAM, Intel Duo2 at 3.0GHz with 19"LCD Dell monitor.

How I can eliminate this message?

Thank you

Adding the option to start xscreensaver in session and startup should fix your problem. Just go to session and startup and add an entry for xscreensaver. I'm attaching screenshot from my system. I'm using dual boot with Xubuntu and Puppy.

In the command box enter:
Code:
xscreensaver -nosplash
Rectangle Font Screenshot Software Electronic device

I hope it helps (y)(y)
