It's 10.2.156.32 and available at the 'usual' URL; http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ which, if you use IE, will get you the Active X version (and a Google toolbar if you don't uncheck it!) which is installed online, but, if you use any other browser, you should get the 'plain' version as an .exe file. Whichever browser you update, don't forget to run the Adobe uninstaller first;http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

I haven't seen a Changelog yet so you may want to hold off updating until it becomes clear whether this is a 'security' upgrade or not (they usually are!).

Still no sign of a formal Changelog for the latest version but Adobe have now amended their website to refer to it, together with the following not very informative statement 'Adobe recommends that all Flash Player users upgrade to the most recent version of the player through the Player Download Center to take advantage of security updates'

Edit: I did post an URL to a relevant Adobe list of versions which has suddenly ceased to work and now points to an entirely different page! I have no idea how I managed that, apologies to anybody who saw this before the edit and was totally confused by it.
