Hey everyone, I know nothing about computers so I hope someone can help.
Here goes. My boys were playing and tripped over video cable thus pulling the cable and connecter out of the motherboard. I tried fitting the 15 prongs back in but no such luck. So I bought a new video card. Yes it was a cheap one only 4mgs of memory, the srceen never came back on. I am wondering how I can install a new card when I can not read the directions on the screen. Someone said I would have to go into the system to diable the on-board video, but can't b/c I have no display. Can anyone help...PLEASE.
I have a dell 2350 with windows xp. If you need to know anything else I can try to find it.

Hi and welcome. Sounds like the problem may be with the cable to the monitor, not the video card.
