How do I make it so that Dragon Naturally Speaking is loaded in when I start windows?

If you are using windows XP, create a shortcut on the desktop. Then drag the shortcut to the start button, all programs, startup and drop the shortcut in the startup folder.

If it is in the startup folder but does not start, can you start it manually? If so I would remove from and reinstall it in the startup folder
