    After looking through all my parts I have realized that my gpu is a 2.0 instead of a 3.0. After carefully moving it my pc was able to run.

    That is not correct. The gtx 1050 ti is pci 3. Here is the spec sheet;
    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1050/
    Most likely you did not have the card seated correctly. So the system is working now correct?
