Hello,

Have been receiving the above message rather frequently recently, accompanied by a blue screen. Had the laptop fully serviced as a result with the technician believing the hard drive was the problem. Hard drive replaced but the problem persists.

I have tried to identify common occurrences that arise around the problem. Here are a summary of my thoughts:

- i believe it may happen more regularly when watching video
- sometimes i know it's about to happen because the wireless network connection disconnects
these disconnections have become more frequent but will usually reconnect within a few seconds.

I have done my research on the problem and found many possible causes, including:

- RAM
- Video card
- Video card driver
- Wireless adapter drivers
- and more....

I am really hoping someone can help me here as i am very much out of ideas. I am open to any suggestions about further investigations into the problem.
