No audio on converted video clip

    Originally, i took the video clip with my Samsung Galaxy phone and the clip saved to the phone gallery sitting the correct way up. When i transferred the clip to my computer through usb utilities it is on it`s side (see attachment). I already converted the mp4 to wmv but that wasn`t suitable for windows movie maker, so i converted it to avi with Prism and that rotated it also., but the audio didn`t work. Any clues please?(y)

    Thank You, i found "Online Convert.com" and it worked great with video and sound.(y)
