No Audio. Suggestions?

    Hey I am running Windows XP Professional on a AMD XP 1600+ 1.4Ghz, 384MB Ram, with Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373) (WDM) sound card. I can not get any sound at all. I have run windows help and followed all the steps but it still doesn't work. please help.

    Do you have the speaker icon next to your clock on your taskbar?

    Have you checked to see if you installed the correct drivers? -Most CD driver CD's support many products on one disk.

    Let me know on that. :)
