i left pc on in win and did something else. when i came back, there was this screen: NO BOOTABLE DEVICE FOUND: Insert boot disk and press any key.
i checked in boot menu, boot order, and the hard disk drive with win xp on it wasnt listed. so i couldnt select the hard drive. but in the hard drive section, it was listed! then i tried f8, selected some boot menu to boot win in safe mode, and the hard disk could be selected! and win started in normal mode, not in safe mode. i havent restarted pc yet, but why cant the hard drive be detected by boot menu?
