What happens if you switch to legacy boot mode?

If you need help doing this let me know and I'll give you instructions.

What did you do to that laptop before the problem occurred?
What is the "service tag" number and/or "express service code" number on it?

I know nothing about "rufus" or "kali", so I can't address anything about them.
Those numbers confirm the identity of the computer and its hardware and operating system.
It's something that we ask for here all the time so we can better help that person.
Those numbers do not divulge any personal information about the computer's owner.
