What did you do to that laptop before the problem occurred?
What is the "service tag" number and/or "express service code" number on it?

---------------------------------------------------------------
nothing special.
but i formated my usb using rufus software .And copied kali 2.0 iso to the usb using rufus software.
then after that i shut it down.
then after an hour i switched on my laptop and the above error occured.

may i please know why you sir need my "service tag" number and/or "express service code" number.

I know nothing about "rufus" or "kali", so I can't address anything about them.

Those numbers confirm the identity of the computer and its hardware and operating system.
It's something that we ask for here all the time so we can better help that person.
Those numbers do not divulge any personal information about the computer's owner.
