My PC has developed an inttermittent problem when booting. Twice now it has failed to boot giving me the following message when it gets to verifying dmi pool Nvidia boot agent kicks in and asks me to insert the Nvidia recovery disc (Which I do not have)

"Client mac address 00 oc 76b7 6a guid: FFFFFFFFFFFF etc PXE-e53 No bootfile name received."

I have recoevered the situation twice now once by leaving the PC overnight and once by pressing F5

Any ideas? All of my data is backed up but I wonder if my sata hardrive is failing or could it be a kinky lead?
