No detecting network if plugged into outlet

    This is driving me creazy!
    My laptop Acer Extensa has no problem detecting my wireless network if is running on battery pack but as soon as i plug it directly into a power outlet it does not see the network anymore......
    Pls help!

    Is there anything in your power management settings that is set to disable the wireless hardware when running from AC power?
