No internet button and no sound

So idk what I did but now when I am on my Pc I have no internet button in my bottom right Taskbar and when I go through settings I have no choice to pick a internet service it gives me a black line and that's it.

In the screen shot, you still have "show available networks" . What happens when you click that? Is this a laptop with Wifi ?

Also in the same screen shot, you have "Change Adapter Options" which should allow to set settings on your wifi and ethernet adapters. What happens when you click that ? Are the adapters still there?

It's a desktop with wifi.

Are the adapters still there when you click Change Adapter Options? There should be 2 icons, one for Ethernet and one for WiFi.

Do you have System Restore turned on. If Yes try a restore from before this happened
