'no local bluetooth device was detected'

    Hi there,
    Here is the attachment.
    I am unable to reply the message as I could find the 'management option' button so I've been advised to open a new post.

    Please advise why I got this message that make the bluetooth does not work.

    Unfortunately, your unexpanded Device Manager screenshot tells us nothing since you haven't expanded the relevant device category to show the bluetooth driver status, or if it's driver installed at all.

    Please post another screenshot with the relevant category expanded to show bluetooth driver status.

    Also check that bluetooth is actually turned on. It's usually enabled/disabled by either a slider-switch or one of the top level keys in combination with the Fn key.
