My gigabyte G1 assassin motherboard can't detect my 3 mechanical hard drives it only see my 2 ssd drives.

My PC: Gigabyte G1 Assassin Motherboard.
    Windows 8.1
    24 Ram of memory
2 Video cards in crossfire (amd 6970)
    2 SSD Drives
    3 mechanical drives(Cant Find)
I have tried everything to my knowledge but nothing is working.

    I tried disk management
    I tried disk manager
I tried installing them in different ports
I tried by going to the bios section
But even bios don't see those 3 mechanical hard drives.

They used to work before I decided to take the computer apart for cleaning.

    Thank You!

Assuming you've checked all the relevant cables are connected properly make sure all the SATA controllers are turned on in the Bios.
