I've been having numerous problems with my computer as of late. Most have been resolved, but there is still one problem that is plaguing it. After reinstalling Windows XP in order to correct all my other various problems, my network adapter is no longer detected, and no network hardware is found. I'm not sure how to remedy this, because I am pathetically technologically challenged. So any help, with specific instructions would be very helpful. If any other information is needed, please let me know.

Do you have another known working network card you can try.
Just the one that is in the computer that I'm using currently. I'll have to try to switch them to see if it's just my card.. I'll wait until my parents aren't home though so they don't know I've taken their computer apart :p
