I am running XP - and I tried to uninstall a photoshop program, and found that I have no more uninstall / remove "toggle" buttons in the "uninstall/remove programs" list??? (only 1 program out of about 35 still does...Microsoft Office program has these toggles available)

just fyi...another issue came up at the same time - website shortcuts in a desktop folder make the whole folder window freeze when I double click on the shortcut. thanks in advance
