Hi, ADSP, and welcome to TSG.

Any suggestions on what to do?
You could start by telling us the brand and model number of the computer or a parts list of the major components (motherboard, video card, RAM modules, Hard/Solid State Drive, PSU, etc.) if it is a custom build. Also the exact operating system that is installed.

What is the exact wording of any error messages on the screen?

Have any changes been made or has the case been opened recently?

How have you tried going into the BIOS settings?

Have you made sure that are no external storage devices plugged in and no discs in any optical drive(s)?

Sounds like you have 2 hard drives. Remove one of the hard drives and the computer will be forced to boot from the only hard drive it can see.
