    I hope you can help.
I have recently purchased an advent pentium 4, running xp.
I have an nvidea g-forcefx5600xt card.
My monitor is a hansol710p Monitor.
My problem is that I can not see the color red on my screen,it was fine on my last computer same (monitor), are there any ideas as to what is wrong, it is probably something easy, I have tried all the on screen settings, but to no avail.

Have you installed the proper drivers for the card and then used the default settings ?

Had the same problem recently except that my screen turned yellow. If you can try the monitor on another computer or another monitor on your computer. This will elimate the monitor and move you down the troubleshooting path. My problem was the monitor.

    good luck

Might have been a loose connection. Kedp an eye on it. The red problem may return after a period of time. If it is the monitor moving it around can cause the problem to go away for a while.

    Good luck
